You may want to arrive early in San Jose if you’re interested in expanding into pediatric devices or learning how to test a pediatric version of your adult medical device. This year, the 5th Annual Pediatric Device Innovation Symposium is co-locating with The MedTech Conference and will take place on September 24, 2017 - the day before The MedTech Conference begins.

The symposium will feature the “Make Your Medical Device Pitch for Kids!” competition, which invites proposals for devices with the potential to benefit children worldwide. The winners of the competition will receive up to $50,000 each in prize money as well as consultation services from the National Capital Consortium for Pediatric Device Innovation.

You’ll also have the chance to hear from industry leaders and experts, including:

  • Kolaleh Eskandanian, PhD, MBA, PMP, Executive Director, Sheikh Zayed Institute for Pediatric Surgical Innovation & National Capital Consortium for Pediatric Device Innovation (NCC-PDI)
